• U.S. Person required for site access.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, communications, or relevant field preferred.
• 7–10 years of technical/engineering documentation experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and govern technical documentation to Curtiss-Wright standards.
• Supervise junior technical writers and provide input to the technical team.
• Train and mentor team members to strengthen documentation skills and adherence to standards.
• Create, develop, write, and edit procedures for paper, multimedia, or web-based publication.
• Translate complex information into clear manuals for technical and non-technical users.
• Ensure documentation meets accuracy, completeness, formatting, and compliance.
