Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering and project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• Proven ability to lead technical work and coordinate multi-discipline teams.
• Experience with PLC/DCS programming and integration with SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Program, execute and supervise engineering design, construction and installation of facilities and systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources and standard tools are available.
• Coach and mentor teams for career progression.
• Oversee design quality and on-time delivery within budget.
• Support customer interactions including meetings and written communications.
• Drive technical decisions aligned with project needs.
• Review and approve engineering documents and deliverables.
• Ensure design reviews are conducted per business processes.
• Support proposals with market assessments, scope definition and risk.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot system hardware and software with customers.
• Perform requirements capture, feasibility studies and prototyping.
• Evaluate and select equipment suppliers and manage requisitions.
• Create and review design documentation and test plans.
• Integrate 3rd party hardware/software with company software.
• Diagnose and fix issues on deployed systems.
• Follow guidelines to meet technical standards.
• Demonstrate customer focus and initiative.
• Participate in process improvement
