Acentra Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to manage the creation and maintenance of high-quality documentation across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and project-specific requirements. You will lead editing, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior writers to promote clarity and consistency.

The role requires adherence to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, WCAG accessibility standards, and strong command of MadCap Flare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical and Professional Communication, Journalism, or another communication-related field is required.
• 5+ years' experience as a formal, technical, or medical writer is required.
• 2 years of experience with MadCap Flare or Adobe RoboHelp is required.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely in formal English.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical staff and to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and maintenance of high-quality documentation across projects.
• Lead preparation, review, and editing of diverse documentation throughout the project life cycle.
• Provide guidance to junior writers to promote clarity and consistency.
