Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specialized experience in writing, editing, and federal document development.
• Experience developing and editing federal reports, policies, procedures, guidance, or similar documents.
• Education in English, Journalism, or Communications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, format, and finalize TIGTA reports, memoranda, policy documents, and related written products.
• Review documents for clarity, organization, grammar, readability, plain language, and TIGTA style requirements.
• Restructure content, strengthen transitions, verify citations, and improve consistency across complex documents.
• Translate technical and operational information into clear written products for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather information, resolve questions, and incorporate technical feedback.
• Prepare tracked‑changes edits, editorial comments, and final versions ready for TIGTA review and approval.
