Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer to support documentation, reporting, and communications for the ITA OCIO CRD project. You will ensure clarity and compliance across proposals, SOPs, manuals, and status reports.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of technical writing experience, with a preference for federal environments. Proficiency with SharePoint or Confluence will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills.
• Experience in federal environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop outlines and drafts for reviews and approvals by technical specialists and PMs.
• Research technical information for project documentation and deliverables.
• Consult sources to obtain background information and verify guidelines.
• Write and edit material for reports, manuals, proposals, instructional content, and software/hardware documentation, including IT security assessment reports.
• Obtain technical data from observations, staff reviews, and studies of published materials.
