Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience writing, editing, and reviewing technical materials.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph capability.
• Experience documenting software, IT, cybersecurity, or systems engineering.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and review technical materials for system development, deployment, operation, and maintenance.
• Document system capabilities, configurations, interfaces, dependencies, and procedures with engineers and SMEs.
• Develop administration guides, user guides, installation instructions, troubleshooting procedures, and training materials.
