Job summary

Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Technical Writer in Washington, DC to develop and maintain government-standard documentation on-site. You will translate complex cybersecurity information for various audiences and coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include RMF work, SSPs/SARs/ATO support, template management, and version control. This full-time role requires 40 hours/week on-site, with travel in the NCR as needed.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical writing or deliverable coordination.
• Experience with RMF, NIST SP 800-37, and DoD cybersecurity documentation.
• Experience preparing SSPs, SARs, and ATO packages.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation per government standards.
• Translate complex cybersecurity information for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain templates, formatting, version control, and repositories.
• Prepare and update RMF documentation per NIST SP 800-37 and DoD guidance.
• Support SSPs, SARs, and ATO packages for authorization processes.
• Coordinate and organize documentation to ensure timely submission.
• Review documents for quality, consistency, and adherence to requirements.
• Maintain deliverable schedules and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Support process improvements to streamline workflows and quality.
