Create, edit, publish, and maintain high-quality, client-facing technical documentation in alignment with product release schedules.
Interview subject matter experts and analyze engineering materials (CAD models, BOMs, UI wireframes) to translate complex concepts into clear, effective documentation plans.
Evaluate hardware/software prototypes and updated builds to ensure an accurate understanding of product functionality and user workflows.
Independently manage documentation projects, develop work plans, and track project status using Biamp project management software.
Represent Technical Publications in product development and ECO meetings, and advise project teams on information design best practices.
Partner with fellow writers to provide creative support and participate in editorial, peer, and publishing reviews.
Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in technical communications.
Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager.
