Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation to drive complex commerce transformations, define scalable architectures, and deliver digital experiences that fuel growth. You will balance hands-on development with architecture leadership across the delivery lifecycle.

Lead technical architecture, guide cross-functional teams, design and build full-stack applications and APIs, ensure quality, security, and scalable performance across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams of 10+ members and conducting code reviews.
• 3+ large-scale platform modernization programs delivered for enterprise digital platforms.
• 5+ years implementing solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years designing relational and NoSQL databases and building REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to travel ~50% and engage with multiple clients and industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture for commerce engagements, including system design and technology selection.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, translate findings into solution architecture and delivery plans.
• Mentor full stack developers through code reviews and engineering standards.
• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications, APIs, and data integrations.
• Drive quality, performance, security, and scalability across delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
