You will help modernize platforms, define scalable architectures, and guide teams through the delivery lifecycle from discovery to implementation. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, mentoring, and ensuring quality across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams of 10+ members and conducting code reviews for enterprise platforms.
• 3+ large-scale platform modernization programs delivered for enterprise digital platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP including CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years designing relational and NoSQL databases and building REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture for commerce engagements, including system design and technology selection.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather requirements and translate findings into architecture and delivery plans.
• Mentor full stack developers through code reviews and best practices.
• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications and data integrations for scalable commerce solutions.
• Drive quality, performance, security, and scalability across delivery pipelines.
