Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation, to lead complex commerce transformations in a hands‑on, architecture‑driven role. You will guide full stack development, set scalable solution architectures, and mentor delivery teams throughout discovery to implementation.

You will design and build full stack apps, APIs, and data integrations, while ensuring performance, security, and scalable CI/CD pipelines. Significant travel may be required and sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development across front‑end and back‑end.
• Experience leading cross‑functional engineering teams of 10+.
• 3+ large‑scale platform modernization programs delivered.
• 5+ years implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with CI/CD.
• 3+ years designing relational and NoSQL databases and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture for commerce engagements, including system design and technology selection.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and translate findings into architecture and delivery plans.
• Mentor full stack developers through code reviews and best practices.
• Design, build, and maintain full stack apps and data integrations.
• Drive quality, performance, security, and CI/CD across delivery.
