• Must obtain PG&E internal training delivery certification within 12 months of start date.

• Demonstrate all job responsibilities of a senior instructor.
• Lead safety initiatives and strengthen safety culture.
• Lead very complex Service Planning and Design training courses and other technical disciplines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Service Planning and Design.
• Mentor and onboard new instructors.
• Maintain network of internal and external industry experts to improve training outcomes.
• Implement new training solutions, including virtual learning and web-based training.
