Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an Engineering Technician II for the Demonstration Lab team at our Phoenix R&D site. You will play a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting advanced semiconductor equipment, supporting R&D efforts and ensuring peak performance.
The ideal candidate will have a technical school diploma or associate degree in Engineering or Electronics, with a strong background in preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting skills. Flexibility to work both day and swing shifts is required, including occasional Saturdays.

As an Engineering Technician II within ASM’s Demonstration Lab team at our Phoenix R&D site, you play a critical role in keeping advanced semiconductor equipment operating safely, reliably, and at peak performance. Your work directly supports research and development activities, enabling engineers to validate new technologies and process improvements. This role offers hands‑on exposure to cutting‑edge tools in an environment that values technical ownership, structured problem‑solving, and a strong safety‑first mindset.
This role requires flexibility to work either a standard day shift (Monday–Friday, 7/8 a.m.–4/5 p.m.) or swing shift (3 p.m.–12 a.m.), with one Saturday every 4–6 weeks.
