Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to serve as the SME for the facility and to conduct internal and external training sessions. You will ensure SOPs meet quality standards and support audits by updating training materials and presentations.

This role requires developing and revising analytical training modules, handling training databases, and delivering content on instruments such as HPLC and dissolution systems, while guiding staff to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in training or a related role.
• Experience with regulatory guidance (ICH, USP, FDA) and SOPs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Present orientation material to new employees including documentation, calculations, computer/database systems and basic laboratory techniques.
• Train staff on setup, use, basic troubleshooting, and data interpretation for equipment such as HPLC and/or dissolution systems.
• Develop and revise analytical methods and training materials and programs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to analytical staff and address deficiencies.
• Review SOPs and develop learning interventions to meet business objectives.
• Manage training databases, including setup, content revision, and verification of records.
