  • Undergraduate degree or industry certifications + 5 or more years relevant irrigation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to own projects and drive them to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality livestream and in‑classroom training sessions.
  • Ensure training programs include the ideal mix of classes to meet customer and market needs.
  • Develop and continuously improve course curriculum aligning with Rain Bird branding and product direction.
  • Set up and manage training events, coordinating instructors, logistics, materials, and technology.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Rain Bird teams, irrigation contractors, distributors, landscape architects, and industry partners.
  • Travel overnight up to 70% of the year during peak season representing Rain Bird at training sessions and events.
