Qualifications

• 5+ years of irrigation experience required.
• Undergraduate degree or industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver livestream and in-classroom training sessions up to 70% of the time.
• Ensure training programs meet customer and market needs.
• Develop and update course curricula to align with Rain Bird branding and product direction.
• Plan and manage training events, coordinating instructors, logistics, materials, and technology.
• Build relationships with Rain Bird teams, irrigation contractors, distributors, designers, and other partners.
• Travel up to 70% of the year for training sessions and events.
