Job summary

Rain Bird Corporation seeks a Senior Technical Trainer to elevate irrigation education by delivering high-impact training across domestic and global markets.

You will lead Rain Bird Academy training programs, delivering instruction via livestream and in-class formats, empowering technicians, contractors, distributors, designers, and aspiring professionals to master irrigation fundamentals and best practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent presenter and communicator.
• 3+ years of professional presenting, training or coaching experience.
• Undergraduate degree or industry certifications with 5+ years irrigation experience.
• Ability to own projects and drive them to completion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality livestream and in-classroom training sessions up to 70% of the time.
• Ensure training programs meet customer and market needs.
• Develop and improve course curricula aligned with Rain Bird branding and product direction.
• Set up and manage training events, coordinating instructors, logistics, materials, and technology.
• Build relationships with Rain Bird teams and industry partners.
• Travel overnight up to 70% of the year during peak seasons.
