• Partner with engineering leaders to influence technical decision-making, ensuring platform scalability, resilience, and long-term maintainability.
• Establish program-wide visibility and accountability through metrics, dashboards, and executive communication cadences.
• Drive alignment between product strategy and engineering platform capabilities by coordinating across multiple LOB stakeholders.
