Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and resolve increasingly technical issues, using analytical thinking and specialized training.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalations through phone and written interactions, meeting KPI targets.
