Qualifikationen

• Or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of customer service experience.

• Provide end-to-end customer support for aftermarket parts.
• Handle technical inquiries and dealer escalations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, etc.).
• Resolve complex issues and document solutions for dealers.
• Support international dealers and partners.
