MasterMover is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as a central point of contact for customers and service partners across the US region, coordinating inquiries and progressing cases through CRM systems.

You will work closely with Technical Support, Parts Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Warranty to ensure timely resolutions and a consistently high-quality service experience, while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives and growth within a globally recognized industry leader.

• Coordinate service enquiries across the US region.
• Log, track, and progress service cases in CRM.
• Provide clear updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate technical support requests and parts orders.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Parts Ops, Engineering, Sales, Warranty.
• Support service partners with on-site technician visits.
• Monitor cases to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Identify trends and opportunities for service improvements.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
