Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of technical support experience is required. Technical degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a telecommunications environment required, with focus on mobile device services and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise mobile products.
• Serve as primary interface between customers, internal teams, and third-party escalation groups.
• Investigate complex issues involving MDMs, networks, mail systems, and other integrations.
• Analyze data and logs to identify root causes and drive resolution within SLAs.
• Create reports, document procedures, and mentor junior team members.
