Job summary

HarveStaff LLC in Indianola, PA seeks a Senior Technician Support to provide advanced technical support across project teams. You will apply analytical tools in Mechanical, QA, V&V disciplines and help drive risk reduction testing and validation activities.

The role requires strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership to guide testing efforts and deliver high-quality solutions while prioritizing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of design/drafting experience (Preferred).
• Must pass drug screenings and criminal background checks.
• Experience with Instron testing.
• Familiarity with RRT and V&V testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for one or more project teams simultaneously.
• Lead selected testing initiatives and manage cross-functional activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using advanced analytical skills.
• Conduct Instron testing activities and support V&V efforts.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers.
• Mentor and coach designers and technicians to improve capabilities.
