Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to support high-visibility, mission-critical systems in Annapolis Junction, MD. This senior role requires a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and IAT Level II certification, with 10+ years in technical support and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.

You will resolve complex incidents, lead by example, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvements across IT systems and infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required.
• IAT Level II certification required.
• 10+ years of relevant technical support experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for Tier 2 and 3 incidents.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Manage systems and programs, supporting mission-critical operations.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical direction.
• Contribute to service improvements and documentation.
• Support user training and knowledge transfer.
