Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Systems Administrator to support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems across UNIX and Windows environments. The role includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, system configuration, and incident resolution for government clients.

Candidates must have 15 years of SA experience and a technical Bachelor's degree, with DoD 8570 IAT Level I. A TS/SCI with poly clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Requires fifteen (15) years of SA experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Support dispatch system and hardware problems and assist in resolution.
