In this role, you will investigate and resolve sophisticated technical challenges involving operating systems, hardware architectures, software applications, and their interactions. You will collaborate with global engineering teams, product managers, and customers to provide expert technical guidance, troubleshoot complex environments, and ensure successful implementation and operation of embedded solutions.

This is an opportunity to work with advanced embedded technologies, take ownership of challenging technical issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products, development practices, and customer support processes.

Core skills you’ll bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8–12 years of professional experience working with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded Linux, and related development technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded Linux environments and Linux distributions, including Debian and CentOS.
  • Hands‑on experience with development tools, compilers, and IDEs, including Eclipse, Eclipse‑based IDEs, and Visual Studio Code.
  • Strong understanding of systems programming languages, including C/C++, Python, and Rust.
  • Experience working with compilers and development toolchains such as GCC and Clang.
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex software and hardware issues in real‑time embedded environments.
  • Understanding of cloud‑based applications, SaaS architectures, and related cloud technologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Experience working with Linux and Windows host environments.
  • Familiarity with major processor architectures, including PowerPC, Intel, ARM, and RISC‑V, as well as multi‑core systems.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, multicast, and routing.
  • Fluent English
Nice-to-have
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer‑facing technical support or engineering roles.
  • Experience with build systems and tools such as Makefiles and similar technologies.
