Job summary

LakeFusion is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) to handle complex, escalated issues across our Master Data Management platform built on Databricks. You will own advanced troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis, and ensure reliability for enterprise customers.

You’ll diagnose data pipelines, entity matching, survivorship, and platform integrations, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and document known issues and fixes to improve system stability and customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, application support, or data-focused engineering in a SaaS/cloud data environment.
• Proficiency in SQL; able to read and interpret Delta tables and query plans; Databricks SQL/Unity Catalog context.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated Level 2 tickets and perform in-depth root cause analysis across the LakeFusion platform.
• Diagnose complex issues involving Databricks workflows, Delta tables, and REST API integrations.
• Reproduce issues in isolated environments and gather logs for analysis; validate fixes with engineering and product teams.
