Job summary

10X Health System in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Technical Support Senior Analyst to drive the evolution of our wellness platforms. You will own escalated helpdesk ticket management for IT and Customer/Operations, ensuring data integrity and secure, reliable service.

Qualifications

3-5+ years in a client/user-facing software support or QA role.
Hands-on Jira Service Management administration experience is required.
ITIL 4 certification a strong plus; healthcare data privacy familiarity preferred.
Prior experience owning a vendor relationship or leading projects is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

Own escalated helpdesk ticket management for IT and Customer/Operations queues.
Maintain Jira workflows, fields, forms, automation rules, queue configuration, and provisioning.
Define and uphold SLAs with clear, proactive communication on status and resolution.
Mentor Tier 1 team members and build reporting for leadership summaries.
Contribute to Knowledge Base articles and SOPs; support automation initiatives.
