Plaid is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to build the pipelines behind Plaid's most difficult technical searches. You will own the top of the funnel across software engineering, infrastructure, data science, AI/ML, and security, from market research to qualified candidates entering the interview process.

This role requires deep research, market mapping, and highly personalized outreach to passive talent.

Qualifications

6+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience at a high-growth tech company.
Mastery of sourcing research technique and tooling including boolean and x-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and technical communities.
Proven track record sourcing for hard-to-fill domains such as AI/ML, data science, data infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering.

Responsabilités

Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical reqs across engineering, data, AI/ML, and security.
Run deep talent research using market maps, org mapping, competitor teardowns, conference and publication mining.
Find niche technical talent including AI/ML, distributed systems, and security engineering.
Write outreach that gets responses by personalizing to what someone has built.
Operate at volume with disciplined follow-up and clean ATS hygiene.
Turn research into intelligence and share market insights with recruiters and hiring managers.
