Work where you matter.A Brief OverviewThe Senior Technical Solutions Engineer will design, implement, and support technical solutions that empower the organization to innovate and thrive. This position bridges the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient systems are delivered and maintained. As a trusted technical advisor and problem solver, you will collaborate with stakeholders across IT, development, and business teams to resolve complex challenges, optimize operations, and drive technical excellence. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring our systems remain secure, resilient, and aligned with the organization's goals.What you will doSolution Design & Implementation: (a) Design, build, and deploy technical solutions to meet business requirements. (b) Integrate software, infrastructure, and third-party services to create seamless solutions. (c) Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and architecture diagrams.Technical Support & Troubleshooting: (a) Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex system issues across infrastructure, applications, and integrations. (b) Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve incidents and minimize downtime. (c) Perform root cause analysis and recommend system improvements.System Optimization & Automation: (a) Identify opportunities to automate routine processes and optimize system performance. (b) Recommend monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to maintain system health.Stakeholder Collaboration: (a) Partner with business units to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
