Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Services Veterinarian to support poultry customers with technical expertise, field-based problem solving, and practical flock health guidance across the U.S. and Canada.

You will design vaccination programs, troubleshoot issues, and shape account strategy while collaborating with internal teams to drive product growth. The role emphasizes long-term technical service initiatives, presenting at industry meetings, and offering actionable guidance to producers

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Services Veterinarian to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote opportunity is ideal for a seasoned veterinary professional who can support poultry customers with technical expertise, field-based problem solving, and practical flock health guidance. The role will focus on improving health outcomes, strengthening vaccination programs, and delivering actionable support to producers across the U.S. and Canada. You will also partner closely with internal commercial and cross-functional teams to shape account strategy, gather market insights, and support product growth. In addition, you will represent the organization at technical meetings and help advance long-term technical service initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
