Job summary

LATICRETE International is a global leader in tile and stone installation systems with over 65 years in business. The Lead Technical Services Representative provides advanced technical support across multiple channels, trains staff, and collaborates with management to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 yrs. experience in construction industry.
• Minimum 4 yrs. of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods.
• Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines, applications, construction practices and materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to architects, contractors, distributors, specifiers, engineers, homeowners, and internal customers on material selection and installation methods.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints in Salesforce; place product orders and check requests as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in job site visits and training with sales and field reps.
• Update complaints in Salesforce as new information is available and resolve issues promptly.
• Support supervisor in training, workload balancing and process improvements.
• Assist in documentation and dissemination of technical literature and marketing collateral.
