Job summary

Chase Corporation and Sheldahl seek a technically oriented sales professional to accelerate growth in abrasives, industrial manufacturing, converting, and specialty materials markets. You will serve as a key technical and commercial resource for tape systems, adhesives, films, and related engineered materials.

The role involves expanding relationships with strategic accounts, guiding product development, and supporting qualification programs, trials, and launches across North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in technical sales or related commercial role.
• Experience selling to industrial manufacturing, abrasives, tapes, or coatings.
• Ability to manage long-cycle, qualification-driven opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for abrasive manufacturers and industrial OEMs.
• Build relationships across engineering, operations, product development, procurement, and leadership.
• Identify new customers, applications, and market segments.
• Manage opportunities from early technical engagement through production adoption.
• Lead consultative technical and commercial discussions on performance and cost reduction.
• Expand Sheldahl and Chase capabilities across tapes, adhesives, films, and backing materials.
