Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to drive full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, IT and Security in the Americas. You will partner with executives and hiring teams, shaping hiring strategies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-moving, AI-driven security company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent in high tech or SaaS.
• Experience hiring for a globally scaled engineering organization across multiple time zones.
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem and Claude.
• Fluency with AI as part of recruiting craft.
• Compensation literacy, including total package negotiation.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate experience mindset with negotiation and closing skills.
• Collaborates effectively with senior leaders across teams.
• Data-driven approach with metrics tracking in recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across Product, Engineering, IT, and Security.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract), you will be tasked with recruiting top talent to SentinelOne in the Americas region. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Product, Engineering, IT, and Security teams, while playing a key role in partnering across the business on best practices in hiring, interviewing, and closing. You will uphold high recruiting standards, with a focus on candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting cycle. You will be a key member of the team focused on hiring top talent into the company while also managing recruiting-related projects.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, identifying, engaging, and evaluating top candidates.
• Source and maintain a pipeline of strong, passive candidates.
• Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company.
• Act as an advocate for both clients and candidates, establishing regular touchpoints and maintaining thorough follow-through.
• Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives that improve the recruitment process for the recruiting team, candidates, and the hiring panel.
• Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates.
• Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5 or more years of experience recruiting technical talent in high tech or SaaS.
• Experience hiring for a globally scaled engineering organization, with hours flexibility as required to meet with teams across the US, Israel, Czechia, and India.
• Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, and Claude.
• Fluency with AI as part of your recruiting craft.
• Compensation and equity literacy, including the ability to negotiate around total compensation packages.
• A strong focus on stakeholder and candidate experience, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior business leaders and work well across teams.
• Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment, with the ability to track and leverage key metrics.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency in a very dynamic environment, with proven organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
