• Partner with engineering leadership to define hiring strategy and prioritization.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-find talent.
• Advise leadership on market trends, compensation competitiveness, and hiring risks.
• Drive pipeline health, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers; elevate recruiting practices.
