Fuse Energy, LLC in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across software, hardware, AI, and quant. You'll own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans.

You will lead tailored sourcing, assess candidates for technical excellence and culture fit, and drive high-quality processes while negotiating offers to secure top talent in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles in high-performance environments.
• Background hiring at high-bar companies (trading firms, hedge funds, tech) or scaling tech firms.
• Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets.
• Comfortable across a range of technical disciplines, not limited to one specialism.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ATS tools, reporting and data-driven recruiting practices.
