What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on role scoping and search strategy
- Lead full-cycle technical recruitment efforts with an emphasis on candidate experience and talent delivery
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on market insights and business needs
- Use data to monitor pipeline health and assess recruitment strategy effectiveness
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance hiring quality and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments
- Minimum of 2 years leading complex machine learning searches
- Proven ability to source and close technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience with structured hiring and defining bar-raising criteria
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
