  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through a mix of outbound search, referrals, and targeted campaigns.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural alignment, guiding them through the interview process with a high-touch approach.
  • Ability to support with onsite interviews end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming candidate experience.
  • Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including People Operations and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience.

  • Strong communicator with a candidate-first mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using applicant tracking systems (ideally Greenhouse) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or equivalent.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to operate effectively in environments that are fast-moving and often ambiguous.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Skilled in evaluating candidates for both technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
