Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, data, and product-adjacent teams. You will partner with engineering leaders to define roles, calibrate scope and seniority, and drive proactive sourcing through outbound outreach.

You will screen candidates with a strong technical lens, advise on compensation expectations, manage the candidate experience, and lead process improvements across outreach, interviewing, and closing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within B2B SaaS startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Proven ability to hire high-volume engineering roles and senior or specialized technical talent, including backend, platform, infrastructure, and machine learning.
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to understand complex technical roles and translate them into compelling candidate narratives.
• High ownership mindset with confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
