Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated excellence generating technical documentation.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation.
• Experience building content in tools including RapidAuthor, Arbortext.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy and responsibility with tight deadlines; strong project-management.
• Passion for excellent documentation and user experience.
• Eligible for Secret or higher US security clearance.
• Ability to relocate to onsite Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and edit user-focused documentation with engineering/ops collaboration.
• Contribute to the technical writing toolkit, including style guides and tool procurement.
• Assess and prioritize tasks to support product documentation with a data-driven approach.
• Communicate risks, set expectations, and allocate resources effectively.
• Foster a culture of documentation and establish processes for scalable contributions.
