What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
• Create, maintain, and actively manage detailed project schedules and documentation
• Identify and raise project risks, presenting detailed and implementable solutions
• Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
• Leverage knowledge of Finance systems to drive solutions supporting organizational needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 12 years of experience managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP)
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• PMP or Scrum certification
• Experience with continuous delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
• Knowledge of Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
