What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
2. Create and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation, managing change control processes
3. Identify project risks and present detailed, implementable solutions or alternatives
4. Leverage knowledge of Finance systems and ERP applications to drive solutions that support organizational needs
5. Report on project progress and key metrics, presenting ideas for improvements in product and project delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 12+ years of experience managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
2. 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
3. Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret Finance requirements into system solutions
4. Working knowledge and experience with Workday Financials
5. Experience with continuous delivery and Agile methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 8+ years working with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP)
2. PMP or Scrum certification
3. Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
4. Strong experience using Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
5. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
