What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
- Identify project risks and present implementable solutions or alternatives
- Leverage knowledge of Finance systems and ERP applications to drive effective solutions
- Report on project progress and key metrics while proposing improvements for project delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
- Strong program and project management skills with proven success in coordinating projects across multiple teams
- Working knowledge and experience with Workday Financials
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with industry-leading ERP solutions such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or SAP
- PMP or Scrum certification
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
- Familiarity with Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
