What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
2. Create and manage detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
3. Identify project risks and present detailed, implementable solutions or alternatives
4. Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
5. Report on program/project progress and key metrics to align leadership and staff

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum 12 years of experience managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
2. At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
3. Deep Finance domain expertise and working knowledge of Workday Financials
4. Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting principles
5. Proven ability to manage projects across multiple teams with successful delivery at scale

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP)
2. PMP or Scrum certification
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban
4. Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
5. Experience with continuous delivery practices
