JBS invites a technical Senior Project Manager to lead client-facing deployments of software solutions in an agile, detail-focused environment. You will coordinate across internal teams and client engineers to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience leading Agile projects (Scrum or Kanban).
• Ability to communicate with both engineering teams and clients.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity in custom software projects.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Experience interfacing with external customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, in-scope deployments.
• Support pre-sales efforts to scope solutions and document requirements.
• Track project dates, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings with clear agendas and outcomes.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans; drive timely decisions.
• Collaborate with Delivery team to improve processes and share feedback.
