Neuberger is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to join their team in New York. This role demands a strong background in private wealth management, managing complex projects focused on software implementation and operational transformation.
The ideal candidate should have over 10 years in project management, particularly within the financial services sector, demonstrating a track record in software or vendor platform delivery. This position offers a hybrid work environment requiring in-office presence at least twice a week.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager with strong private wealth management and/or asset management experience to support Neuberger’s multi‑year programs focused on strategic software platform implementation, process re‑engineering and vendor application integrations. You will be responsible for managing complex, cross‑functional workstreams involving front‑to‑back operating model redesign, system migrations, and data architecture upgrades.
The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with private wealth, with hands‑on experience delivering large‑scale software implementations, vendor integrations, and operating model transformations.
Location: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in office.

The salary range for this role in Illinois is $150,000-$180,000 and the salary range for the role in New York is $150,000-$180,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
