Following our flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible).The Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM) leads enterprise-level, multi-domain programs across North America Operations, supporting Mission Critical Operations, Design Integration, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience. This role operates at a systems and portfolio level, aligning sequencing across concurrent initiatives and shaping execution strategy for complex, cross-functional efforts. The Sr TPM is accountable for defining program architecture, anticipating systemic integration and reliability risks, and advising operational leaders on tradeoffs that impact scalability and delivery predictability.
