Job summary

ASB Resources seeks a Technical Project Manager for Capital Projects to coordinate IT infrastructure initiatives, spanning design, construction, and closeout. You will serve in the PMO, overseeing planning, stakeholder engagement, and governance workflows for resilient IT components in transit-related capital work.

The role requires coordinating cross-disciplinary design reviews, managing RFIs and submittals, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while navigating multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in electrical engineering or related field
• RCDD certification preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification highly preferred
• 10+ years managing large, complex infrastructure/technology projects
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction projects for IT components across multiple stages.
• Coordinate technical design reviews of IT, electrical, and network components.
• Facilitate review cycles by capturing SME feedback and resolving issues.
• Liaise among SMEs, Engineering, IT, vendors, and construction teams for alignment.
• Support oversight with SME site visits, inspections, and documentation reviews.
• Review drawings, specs, network diagrams, RFIs and route to SMEs for validation.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications with stakeholders.
• Coordinate IT/network implementation activities with SMEs.
• Lead teams to define business requirements, schedules, and on-time delivery.
• Administer PMO tools and governance workflows.
