Job summary

OneReach.ai is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead planning and delivery across multiple projects, aligning with customer goals. You will develop expertise in the OneReach.ai Communication Studio (Voice, SMS, NLU, low-code/no-code) and maintain account roadmaps with cross‑stakeholder visibility.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical account or project management, with a track record of balancing delivery with client relationships and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management or technical project/program management in a software, automation, or technology-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders, balancing delivery execution with relationship management.
