OneReach.ai is seeking a client-facing Technical Project Manager to lead automation-project delivery for customers. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business needs, define practical solutions, and keep projects on track.

You will coordinate priorities, timelines, budgets, and day-to-day activities across multiple projects, joining a flat, collaborative environment where ownership and questions are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client-facing management roles (BA, IT PM, IT product owner).
• 2+ years in QA or development roles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Fluent business English.
• Strong ability to translate business visions into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business needs and translate them to the solutions delivery team.
• Learn and master the OneReach.ai platform.
• Develop pre-sales demonstrations and maintain updated client proposals throughout all project stages.
• Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities to meet customer requirements.
• Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects with complete and accurate documentation.
• Consolidate product information to produce detailed technical documentation and proposals.
• Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability margins.

Position Overview

We're looking for a client-facing Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of automation projects for our customers. You'll work closely with customers and our technical teams to understand business needs, define practical solutions, and keep projects on track.

You'll coordinate priorities, timelines, budgets, and day-to-day project activities across multiple projects. The role combines customer communication, technical project management, and solution delivery.

We work in a flat, collaborative environment where people are expected to communicate openly, ask questions, and take ownership of their work. There is no rigid playbook - you'll work with the team to find the best approach for each customer and project.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to understand business needs and expectations, translating them clearly to the solutions delivery team.
• Learn and master the intricacies of the OneReach.ai platform.
• Develop compelling pre-sales demonstrations and maintain updated client proposals throughout all project stages.
• Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities to meet customer requirements.
• Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Consolidate product information from various sources to produce detailed technical documentation and proposals.
• Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability margins.

Requirements

• 4 years+ of proven expertise in client-facing management roles (Business Analysis, IT Project Management, IT Product Ownership, etc.).
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with 2+ years of experience QA or Development roles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Fluent business English.
• Critical and creative mindset with a track record of translating business visions into practical technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience in managing time frames and budgets.
• Experience in project management within a modern software environment, including the management of technical projects.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Algorithms, Data Structures, and Cloud Solutions.
• Previous exposure to B2B SaaS products.
